Rescheduling Requests
In order to reschedule your booking for a group class, private lesson or simulator session, you will need to take the following steps NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS prior to the start time of your booking. Please make sure to read our full Rescheduling Policy.
- Log In to your account
- Fill out the form below to submit your rescheduling request details. When necessary, you can make multiple rescheduling requests on a single form submission.
- Provide a credit card payment for the rescheduling fee at the bottom of the form in order to submit your request.
- Allow up to 48 hours for the booking changes you requested to be reflected on your My Account page under “Bookings”.
NOTE: This is the only method available to reschedule your class – rescheduling is not possible by phone or email.
Students who are unable to attend their scheduled class may submit a rescheduling request using the form below. All rescheduling requests are subject to the ITTS Rescheduling Policy.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted in advance and are processed based on the amount of notice provided prior to the scheduled class date:
31 or more days prior to your class — No rescheduling fee
15 to 30 days prior to your class — $50 rescheduling fee required
8 to 14 days prior to your class — $150 rescheduling fee required
7 days or less prior to your class — Rescheduling is not permitted
Important Requirements
All rescheduling requests must be submitted using the official Rescheduling Request Form below.
Applicable rescheduling fees must be paid by credit card at the time of submission in order for the request to be processed.
Submission of a rescheduling request does not guarantee approval. Requests are processed in accordance with ITTS Rescheduling Policy.
Rescheduled classes are subject to availability.
Class Credits issued through rescheduling must be used within one (1) year of the original purchase date.
Booking changes will be reflected on your My Account page under “Bookings” within 48 hours after your request has been processed.
- Rescheduling requests that are not in accordance with the ITTS Rescheduling Policy will be denied.
