Rescheduling Requests

In order to reschedule your booking for a group class, private lesson or simulator session, you will need to take the following steps NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS prior to the start time of your booking. Please make sure to read our full Rescheduling Policy.

  1. Log In to your account
  2. Fill out the form below to submit your rescheduling request details.  When necessary, you can make multiple rescheduling requests on a single form submission.
  3. Provide a credit card payment for the rescheduling fee at the bottom of the form in order to submit your request.
  4. Allow up to 48 hours for the booking changes you requested to be reflected on your My Account page under “Bookings”.


NOTE:  This is the only method available to reschedule your class – rescheduling is not possible by phone or email.

  • Please make sure to carefully enter the following information on the waiver:
  • DON’T enter your name in the field designated for minors (leave it as “n/a n/a”)
  • Training Start Date: The date of your lesson
  • Training End Date: The date of your lesson
    • Example: if your lesson is on 12/14/23 then put 12/14/23 for both the “Start” and “End” date
  • Make sure your Driver’s License number & email address are both correct (your driver’s license will be checked at the range)
  • Once the Angeles Range waiver is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique QR code.

If you don’t receive the email with the QR code attachment immediately after submitting the online Range Waiver, then please run a search in all your email boxes, including your junk/spam folders, for an email from “waiver forever”  We promise it’s there somewhere in your email!  If you still can’t find it please contact our office immediately.
