Security Teams

enhancing Security Through ongoing training

establishing a new STANDARD

The requirements to obtain a guard card and exposed carry permit are minimal at best. While these credentials may be necessary for someone pursuing a career in security, stakeholders should not mistake them for sufficient training. This standard is woefully inadequate.

A pivotal moment may arise that will determine the fate and reputation of a school, church, or other organization. Whether it’s a lower-impact event, such as a domestic dispute on the property, or a critical incident like an active shooter, the nearest security officers will play a crucial role in shaping the outcome.

Security teams are the first responders until the police arrive. They must be prepared to handle complex and life-threatening incidents—situations that even the police find challenging.

We work with security teams to identify weaknesses and help them reach their full potential. We set a high standard and track progress. Each team has a unique composition and mission, so we collaborate with the person in charge to develop a comprehensive training plan that better equips their team to perform exceedingly well when called upon.

"A security team must be vigilant and committed to safeguarding lives and property with complete dedication and exceptional skill."

Frequently Asked Questions

As many as you want. Contact us to discuss what you are looking to achieve and we will get it set up.

It depends on the training we are doing. Bring your duty weapon, and for classes where handgun is the primarily used, you will want to wear your duty rig. Body armor is optional.

For highly specialized classes, such as our Breaching Class, we will provide all of the breaching equipment needed. If you have any breaching equipment that your unit uses feel free to bring it with you to class.

We accept all major credit cards.

If you would like to pay by check make sure to let us know early on when we are coordinating the class with you, as it can often take a while to run it up the chain and get payment approved and issued by any city or state agency – we must receive the check no later than 2 weeks prior to the first training date.

Most of the LE classes we teach are not on our regular weekend group class schedule because they are contracted by various departments and are exclusive to those officers.
