New Student Application
Before training with us, ALL new students must complete our student application. Anyone that does not submit a student application will have their training delayed until it is submitted.
You will only need to do this once, unless your contact information or any other pertinent information on the application changes.

Waivers For Training
Prior to every class and private lesson, all students must submit TWO liability waivers:
Training Waiver

(NOTE: This Range Waiver is not needed if you are training at our indoor facility in Brentwood)
Once you submit the Range Waiver you will receive an email confirmation that has a unique QR code attached – you will need to present this QR code along with a valid photo ID at the range to check-in for training.

There are very specific requirements for the Range Waiver, including that all of the information is completely accurate with no errors, otherwise your submitted waiver will be rendered void and you will have to submit another in order to train with us. READ MORE.
Check-in Process
Prior to every class and private lesson held at our outdoor range, students must first check-in.
Here is what you need to do:
1) Make sure to properly submit both online training waivers (see waiver section above) and that you have received the email confirmation and QR code upon completion of the Range Waiver.
2) Either print the QR code or take a screenshot with your phone to present at check-in. Cell service can be spotty at the check-in location so we suggest you don’t rely on being able to pull it up from your email.
3) Arrive at the range and proceed to your check-in location, where you will present your QR code and driver’s license or passport. You will not be able to check-in if your ID is expired or does not match the address on your Range Waiver.
WEEKEND CLASSES: Arrive at the range no later than 30 minutes prior to your class start time and check in under the large overhang (next to the Reloading Store).
PRIVATE LESSONS: Arrive at the range at the start time of your lesson and check-in at the private range office.
4) Once you have checked in you can get back in your vehicle and proceed to our private range called “Eagle’s Nest” which is on the same property.
(NOTE: This check-in process only applies for training at our outdoor range. For any training held at our indoor facility in Brentwood you will not need to check-in first)
