At ITTS, we design experiences specifically tailored to your team’s needs. We have collaborated with a range of clients, from large groups like Red Bull, which brought 100 employees for a day at the range, to smaller teams like Electronic Arts, which sent a team of five to learn real-world tactics through critical scenarios.
In addition to our experienced firearms instructors, our team includes two MBAs who specialize in designing impactful team-building events. We ensure your group works together effectively in a fun, safe environment, creating a memorable and enriching experience.

WHAT Kind of events?
Our team building events generally fall into one of three categories:
1) Traditional training day: Everyone on your team learns to use a firearm from the ground up in order to become proficient. For example, in the case of handgun training (the most common when going this first route), everyone would have their own handgun and holster, etc. This is a more structured day and it is typically longer but we always try and accomodate your needs in terms of time for the event. This event is held at our outdoor range in Sylmar.
2) Fun Shoot: This is a more casual day which is focused more of trying out different firearms than choosing just one to focus on. Your team would have the opportunity to shoot handguns, carbine rifles, shotguns and even sniper rifles! These events can typically be done in a shorter amount of time. This event is held at our outdoor range in Sylmar.
3) Simulator training: This is the opportunity for your team to learn about some of the laws that govern self defense with firearms and then practice applying them during a variety of simulated scenarios they will be faced with. They will have to make quick decisions about whether they should use pepper spray, a firearm or maybe just their voice to address a threat. We have over 1,000 scenarios ranging from home defense, active shooter, concealed carry, carjacking and many more. This is always an eye opening experience for people and a lot of camaraderie is developed as you team supports one another through the series of scenarios and debriefs. This event can be held at our indoor facility in Brentwood, or we can bring the simulator to your location because it is built to be mobile.

Frequently Asked Questions
There really is no limit, we can accomodate 150+ people easily at our facility. The only consideration is what the training for the day will look like depending on how large the group is.
Yes to all of that! While it’s totally up to our client, we frequently have our events catered and we would be happy to coordinate that.
We can also arrange to have t-shirts, hats, stickers and other swag made up for the event. That always goes over really well with participants.
